Our research and teaching in the social sciences strives for the highest quality with a high societal impact. We focus on analyses of societal and technological transformations and challenges. This also applies to collaborations with the private and public sectors on business and concept development, establishment and growth strategies, and project-oriented courses. Our researchers and students provide new knowledge and develop methods and tools for quality assessment, public service management, data mapping, and more. Our common denominator is that practice-oriented research is linked to education, user perspective, and basic research to contribute concrete solutions to societal challenges.
